At Hiring for Hope we have developed a new and innovative approach to managing and overcoming the obstacles associated with the family building and career management processes that is centered around this simple philosophy. In our community altruistic behavior is considered "cool" and is heavily promoted, regularly rewarded, and celebrated. The more you contribute to our community, the more it will give in return.
